The Fractional Framework

I work with a select number of organizations each year through a simple, proven advisory structure.
I recommend a year-long partnership to build consistency and credibility. The model ensures your narrative doesn't just 'sound good' - but sustains and scales across the organization.

  • In-person or virtual strategy sessions with leadership and comms/marketing teams. We clarify priorities, refine the narrative, and set a 90-day plan.
  • Plan for this to be at least a 1/2 day session with me and your comms or marketing team.
  • Short, focused touchpoints with your team to keep momentum, troubleshoot roadblocks, and make sure the story is landing where it matters most.
  • We also stay in-touch async for high velocity needs like reviews, media opps etc.
